Athens Community Career Academy

This charter program offers a unique experience to all Clarke County high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. A partnership between the Clarke County School District, University of Georgia, Athens Technical College and One Athens, the ACCA gives students the opportunity to take career-themed classes, participate in internships and enroll in college courses. Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment provides Athens-Clarke County high school students the opportunity to take college-level courses and earn concurrent credit toward a high school diploma and a college degree. The program eases the transition from high school to college and increases the number of high school graduates who are college or career ready.

Career-Based Learning Experience Programs

The School-to-Career program is an off-campus applied-learning experience for juniors and seniors that combines school studies with work-based learning experiences. This includes apprenticeship programs that focus on high-skill, high-wage and high-demand industries and on the student's chosen career area.
