Thank you for your inquiry into Caterpillar's new Athens facility for the Building Construction Products Division. This new 1.1 million SF manufacturing facility will be located near Athens, Georgia on approximately 240 acres. The building will be load-bearing tilt-wall or precast concrete panels, conventional steel framed with an insulated membrane roof system. The finished office space will be approximately 50,000 SF including cafeteria space. The entire facility will be heated and air conditioned. Process/production related utilities in Gray's scope of work include compressed air and power distribution.

• Go to the Gray Construction web page (www.gray.com)
• Click on the tab for Subs/Vendors
• In the center of the screen click "view details" by the "Caterpillar BCP – Roadrunner Project" heading
• Select the "View Online Form" button.
• Complete the series of prequalification questions.
• Submit the completed form.
Your information will be referenced during the selection of bidders to be placed on the bidder invitation list for each respective trade.
